The complete refurbishment of an existing hotel, Vila Ramos, to create Savoy Gardens a 4 star resort hotel comprising 114 guestrooms and suites, reception, restaurant, hotel bar and extended outdoor swimming pool area, new covered canopy and landscaped entrance area.
As a second phase of the work we created an entertainment room and bar within the basement area together with a new Spa and library.
