A small rural guest palace and farm for the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. The palace itself comprised a formal circular Majlis for 50 with an adjoining formal dining room, lobby areas, bathrooms, a suite for His Highness; kitchens and support facilities.
Extensively landscaped gardens with fountains and water features, gazebos, aviaries, traditional tents and a grotto with a waterfall were provided surrounded by date palms and fruit trees.
